New thread :) Hopefully this one brings us as much luck as the April Bus.

@Eliza9919, I'm doing ok just not been sleeping very well at all and been having bad morning sickness ( except it all day sickness lol) not had anymore spotting so that's good, counting down the days till my early scan on the 31st excited but nervous as well, how are things going for you?

@Katy34 Same same. I just have to wait for my scan on Saturday to see what's happening.

I still feel ever so slightly sick on and off, but nothing at all like I was. Boobs are still sore and growing. Tests are still getting the same strength line in the mornings. I've had the odd bout of dizziness this week, but again nothing like before so I really can't tell what it's doing. Had some 'feelings' in lower abdomen, not quite cramps, and some have been where I'd imagine my ovaries are, not many in the middle where I'd think the womb is, so I really can't tell if its growing or not.

@Eliza9919 I hope your scan goes well and you get the good news you deserve, some days my symptoms are really strong then other days I feel completely fine. It's difficult because I'm trying not to stress as that's bad for the baby but at the same time it feels like ages until the scan! 😬🤞🤰🤢🙄

Morning everyone, update on symptoms. I am 7+5 and zero morning sickness so far, but v sore boobs and extremely lethargic. Yesterday i had 2-3 seconds of heart palpitations on the train. That's it. Monday is my Booking In appointment, very excited for the next 9months and hoping everyone has a happy and healthy 7months left! X

We're going to leave in a min. Scan is at 10. This week must have been the longest of my life.

As well as this our dog got ill and had liquid diahrea (sp?) and was being sick, couldn't keep water down. We've been to the vets everyday since Tuesday and over £800 - and only eating once in that time - later he's got pancreatitis. He seems better in himself this morning and had a tiny tiny bit of the food the vets gave him, and he was very interested in my biscuit I just had with my tea (decaf of course!) And he ate a crumb, I shouldn't have given him it but it was tiny and I wanted to see if he would eat it. Which of course he did, he's turned his nose up at chicken, fish, rice, mash, god knows what else and he wants to eat junk 🙄😂 at least he seems to be on the mend now finally.

Hopefully we get good news at the clinic too 🤞

Oh yeah, I've been doing internet cheapies every morning and I've been lining them up and they look as though they are getting slightly darker as the week has gone on. DP said he could see it too, so hopefully that's a good sign. I've had sickness back the last couple of days and sore boobs again.

Little one stopped growing at 5 weeks, no growth since last week.

We've got an appointment with the fertility dept in a few weeks, that was scheduled before, so we'll keep that and hopefully start back on the clomid once it's all over and my cycles have returned.

The woman today said that it can take til around 12 weeks to bleed but hopefully it won't take that long. She said the epu prefer to let things happen naturally and they'll do another scan in a week to make sure there are no mistakes but in her opinion she's not mistaken. She goes this day in day out so I'm not holding out more hope til next week.

I'll check in on this thread and keep you updated but to be honest I think it will be a fair few months until my cycles are back to normal but I'll probably take a bit of a break from MN for a bit.

I've got the wedding to throw myself into but that's pretty much organised and tbh will be a bit of a sad day for me, we only brought it forward and aren't doing it in Spain because of the baby. I'm still going to have the big one in spain tho too, so maybe I'll start organising that too lol.

I hope you all have healthy pregnancies and babies, and I look forward to pics when they arrive, so keep the thread going!

Well I'm just off the phone with my midwife, and now have my first point of contact appointment, (Elizabeth) my midwife seems really nice and has arranged for my first appointment with her to be straight after my early scan on the 31st as she is in the same midwife unit, I'm excited but at the same time nervous I keep thinking I hope everything is ok when I get the scan, how is everyone else doing? @Bubblebubble123 @SquigglyOne @ELJ1502

Well I thought everything was going well, but turns out it wasn't meant to be, mc overnight, just want to curl up in a ball 😭😭😪😞☹️

Thanks everyone. Nothing has happened as yet, this is one of the worst things about it, I just want it over now so we can move on and start trying again. Instead i'm waiting for the bleeding to start

@Eliza9919 well went to my gp who sent me to the early pregnancy unit at my local hospital and apparently my cervix is stil closed and (tmi) the blood is not coming from there, so they think I might still be pregnant but I have to go and have more blood work done and still to get my scan next week, so fingers crossed and nhs24 can go bite me for scaring the crap out of me, the specialist said it was a threatened miscarriage, there is still a chance that I could miscarry though 🙏🤞😪

Hi @katy34. The fact your cervix is still closed is definitely a good sign. Hopefully it remains closed and all is ok. Has the bleeding stopped now?
I’m ok. Even though we’ve seen a heartbeat it’s still nerve wrecking. I’m just counting down the days to the next scan so I can be reassured again. My OH decided to spray some shoe protector in the house the other day which I’d say was full of chemicals as it said on the can to only spray outdoors. He annoys me as he’s so relaxed about these things. He’d never see the danger in spraying things like that around a pregnant person. We also had a big row at the weekend about his mother interfering too much in our business and she’s stressing me out. So I had a pretty shitty weekend but hopefully all is ok with baby and the stress or fumes havnt harmed it. I know my problems are very small in comparison to what some of you are going through. I’ve been there with the bleeding and Mc and it’s a horrible place to be waiting and wondering.

@Bubblebubble123 my OH has been fantastic support thankfully, bleeding was slowing a bit but has got a bit heavier again, the thing that's scaring me the most is that I don't feel like I'm pregnant anymore, I know that could just be in my head due to the bleeding but until I get my blood work done on Thursday and see if my hcg levels are still going up then the scan next Friday I just can't get my hopes up 😪, praying that baby is still ok but I know the chances are slim 😥🤞🙏 the pain I had last night/this morning was like nothing I have ever felt before I was literally screaming I was that sore 😭😪 the doctor obgyn that I saw this morning was so kind and caring but I just feel like I'm in limbo right now, I joked with my OH this morning after my pelvic exam that they were not joking when they say your dignity goes out the window when your pregnant as I had two obgyns looking up me at my cervix funnily one had the exact same name as my OH, even when I'm down and really feeling like crap DOH knows how to at least make my smile

I had my first midwife appointment today which went well - the midwife was really lovely. She reckons I’m relatively low risk which I was surprised about. I’ve had one miscarriage and LLETZ treatment for abnormal cells on my cervix.
I’ve got my early scan this Saturday - praying we see a heartbeat

@SquigglyOne thank you, I really hope everything goes well for you, I just don't have much hope for my wee bean left 🤞 blood test in morning to check hcg levels 🙏😥😪
