Just got a letter in saying my perinatal mental health appointment for next week has been rescheduled (I'm thinking it was because it was so late in the day- 1700). It says I'll be contacted when another appointment becomes available,
but does anyone know if i can call the hospital and try to arrange one myself? Or do i have to wait?
I've really been struggling the past few months, especially the last few weeks, and i know if i don't see someone soon it's going to get worse.
