I know a lot of people say not to listen to these tests with the weeks but after using one due to coming off the pill and not actually having a period since I am interested to know how reliable people found the 3+ reading in their own experiences? Thanks Smile

How long have you been off the pill? I think it's rare but It is possible to be pregnant even though you've not had a period.

I did a clear blue digital as my first test 11dpo and it showed 1-2 weeks pregnant, which was correct. This said, I've read other people have mixed experience so I'd definitely grab some some FRERs.

I've been off the pill since middle of Feb. Ive taken quite a few tests, some normal ones which came up positive and quite dark and then 3 digital ones. Just wasnt expecting anything quite so soon so now i'm very confused with dates. Have an appt Weds with Dr.

Generally found them to be reliable if you have a pretty standard cycle or don't ovulate crazily early or late - also very much depends on whether you are prone to high levels of Hcg or not (or possibility of twins!) - I'm 22dpo and going to test tomorrow but based on when I got 2-3 weeks not expecting to see 3+ for a few more days x

Thanks everyone! Guess I will know more after I see Dr tomorrow. Thinking they may send for an early scan as I cannot be sure on conception! Xx

I got 2-3 weeks 11 days post embryo transfer so 16 days post conception - but at 7 day post transfer I knew it had been successful with beta hCG levels of 99 (turned out it’s twins!!) I only tested then so I had something tangible to look at!!

I tested 6 days after AF was due and got a 3+ weeks using clear blue. Have tested 3 more times since over the next couple of weeks and had 3+ weeks every time.

I think its accurate to show pregnancy progressing. The earlier you test the less the weeks will be. For example a day or two before your period is due, 1-2 weeks pregnant, a few days after period 2-3 weeks and the next week 3+ weeks. But it depends on your cycle as well. This is for a 28 day cycle.

It was spot on for me. I was 5 weeks exactly on Monday. I did one on Sunday and it came up with 2-3 weeks, did one on Monday and it showed 3+

So went for an early scan and measuring 5 weeks 5 days...so got the 3+ a tiny bit early as i had that result last Tuesday so guess my hormones just quite high! Could only see 1 in there for now too!
