Hi Mn. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and experiencing the worst fatigue and exhaustion. I'm not sure if this is normal early on.
Had a MC in jan so super stressed this time. I had a scan last week at 6w2d and heard heartbeat.
Will be going for my next scan at 9 weeks.
I walk up and down the stairs once and I need to lie down. Also feel light headed and out of breath. I'm not sure if this is normal.
Please can anyone tell me if they have been through anything like this. TIA

Oh you poor thing. I was exactly the same OP, the good thing is it does get better. I'm 12 weeks now and it is easing up. Its very common - I didn't know this level of exhaustion existed before!

I think I've heard people mention it can be a sign of low iron? Maybe worth mentioning it just in case?

I had this between week 5 and 8ish. I spent most of December laying down and I am really really not normally that sort of person. I'm now 25 weeks and hyperactive so it does get better!

Thank you all. I did mention to my doctor about low iron. He said at my next appointment at 9 weeks he will test all of that. The vitamin supplements I'm taking now should be enough for now.
I'm also on progesterone 3x daily as well as aspirin so not sure if that is affecting me.
