Shower seat

I was wondering if anyone else has used one? I find I can't really stand in the shower anymore without getting light headed, and I'm worried about slipping. Bath is also out, as I find it hard to get in and out.

Anyone else tried a shower seat? It makes me feel so indignified but I can't think of any other way

I’ve used one in the past (not because of pregnancy but as there was one in the shower and it was easier than taking it out) and they’re fine just ensure you move the shower head as it won’t be angled correctly if you’re sitting down rather than standing up!!
