Pregnacare max question

I bought pregnacare max today. This morning I read the instructions as take 2 tablets a day (so I assumed morning and evening) and the omega 3 one with my main meal.

I've just eaten so taken the omega 3 one and read the box to see whether I could just take the 2nd at the same time and now I've read it as you take them all at the same time with a main meal.

Is this correct? Does it make any difference?

It shouldn't make a difference they just say a main meal so that it doesn't mess with your stomach or anything.

Ok thank you, I'll just take all 3 together with dinner then.

Some of the vitamins will be fat soluble (rather than water) and so will be absorbed better when there is a meal in your stomach

I take all of them together with the rest of my meds about 15-30mins after my main meal. They can give you severe tummy pain / indigestion if you don’t do that (know from bitter experience!).

I started off taking Pregnacare Max in the mornings with my son (without reading the instructions properly 🙄) and throughout the day I was getting blinding headaches. After a bit of googling I switched to taking them after dinner (which is what I'm doing again now) and the headaches pretty much disappeared.
