If you can see silver bits you need to be checked.

I'd get checked. I had dizziness with some room spin (like being very drunk) at 40 weeks, and it was a sign I was developing pre-eclampsia. I think the visual disturbance bit was more important than the dizziness, but I'd get a bp and urine check to be on the safe side.

You need to see a midwife and get checked.

Are your iron levels ok ? I understand in the third trimester- it's quite common to get low iron and dizziness and are you eating little and often to keep your blood sugra levels up ? Could be low BP too so keep your fluids up. Seriously though- If in doubt- get it checked for sure.

i did on lying on my back but you shouldnt do that shoudl you? resovled when i turned over

Alfie72 · 16/07/2007 23:19

Lying on your left side is best for you and your bubba, blood flow at its best to the placenta and around your heart. Try a V shaped pillow too perhaps to support your back and legs

Get checked - floaty bits is a sign of pre eclampsia I'm sure. Has your BP been ok?
