I've just found out today that I'm pregnant. I'm about 2 to 3 weeks. I have IBS and for the last couple of weeks have been very bloated and gassy, awful trapped wind, that was one of the things that made me wonder if I was pregnant.
I have Buscopan on prescription but I don't think it's safe in pregnancy so have stopped taking it.
It's very uncomfortable. I'm phoning Tuesday for a Dr appointment but until then does anyone know of any safe remedies?

Ginger tea often helps me

Peppermint cordial/ tea
Fennel
I did actually take windeze tablets when I was pregnant, I asked the pharmacist and he said they were fine, but you should still check.
I do sympathise I get terrible IBS.

Drink lots of water, eating melon seems to help me.
