18 weeks - gallbladder pain and wind

I'm feeling really grim at the moment - three days of abdominal pain caused (I think) by a gallbladder attack on Monday night, and I'm also getting extreme trapped wind. Paracetamol isn't helping to sort out the pain, nor is the aspirin I'm on for clotting.

I went to A&E yesterday at my GP's recommendation to try to get an abdominal ultrasound to check the gallbladder out, but they decided it wasn't necessary because I don't have a fever. They prescribed dihydrocodeine but I'm worried about constipation as a factor for uterine bleeds - I've had recurrent miscarriages so I'm especially twitchy.

I've no idea when this will stop, and feeling guilty that my 4yo has barely had any of my time/attention this week because I'm feeling so awful.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem? I'd love to know how long this is likely to last.

I had my gallbladder out after numerous trips to A&E and it was the best thing ever. All I can suggest is to eat a very low fat diet to stop the attacks. X
