I'm so sorry you're feeling this bad. I'm also on Cyclizine this pregnancy, started it at week 4 and still on it at week 12. It's by no means a miracle cure. I definitely have to take the full 3 a day and it only takes the edge off the nausea. I also have 2 other DC and I find I have to go to bed the same time as them to have any hope of functioning the next day.

The Cyclizine does make Some difference for me though. If it's not helping you enough don't be fobbed off. There are other medications to try. Give the Cyclizine a couple of days at the full dose and if it's not working for you go back to your GP and ask for something else.

I was on Cyclizine for 4 days after a HG diagnosis and it have me the worst ongoing ocular migraine I've ever had, insomnia and was being sick from 04:30 onwards. I saw another GP and he immediately swapped me onto Ondensetron and Metoclopramide and I'm still on them now. You may not need that much but if it's not working for you don't be afraid to ask them to change it

Cyclizine worked really well for me but as PP have said, there are other medications you can try so don’t let the doctor fob you off if you’re still really unwell. That said, they’re probably more likely to give you new medication if you can say you tried the cyclizine for a few days.
