Not sure where to post. +hpt Monday.. Heavy bleeding today

I have pcos so really wasn't expecting anything to happen with out treatment as previous two I needed help to conceive.
So taken by surprise Monday.
Lmp was 5/3 so would only be about 5/6 weeks depending on OV date.
Woke early ours with severe cramping. That stopped and now just started bleeding heavy.
I hadn't even rang to book a MW as was so early. I know nothing can be done but do I need to see a GP?

I had 2 very early losses (4.5wks) before conceiving dc4. Both times I didn't go and see a Dr because both the bleeding and pain were manageable. Both times I also tested, just in hopefulness after the bleeding stopped and got a bfn which confirmed things.

I guess if the bleeding is very heavy, lasts longer than normal, pain is really bad, I would get a drs appointment.
