Kidney pain 19 weeks?

Hello My kidneys have been aching today and I'm nineteen weeks. Ive been drinking loads of water, could that make it worse?

I had this and ended up with A&E with the pain; the kidney wasn’t draining properly and me thinking I had a UTI drank loads to try and flush it through. It did subside and I started to drink on a one in one out basis! I was 19 weeks too. It did ache sometimes after but I found walking around and not drinking too much at once helped.

Have a drink, have a wee! Then have another drink! So not taking on loads of water and not passing any urine which definitely meant more kidney pain for me!
