Feeling full by end of the day

In addition to the other fun symptoms I've been dealing with, I'm finding that as the day goes on I just feel fuller and more bloated.

My sickness has improved but I'm still throwing up once a day - usually in the evening.

It almost feels like my body is just not digesting food and by dinner time there is no more room so I throw up.

I'll often bring up my lunch from hours earlier which had barely been digested.

I've tried zantac with no effect. Is there anything else that I can take it do to speed up my digestive system and prevent this?

Haven’t got any advice but I’ve been feeling like this too. I haven’t actually been sick but I’ve been living off one meal a day because the full feeling lasts until the next day and is really uncomfortable. I find lying down makes me feel like I’ll throw up so I’ve been propped up by cushions of a night.
I’ve been eating lighter meals so more salads (I usually eat a lot of carbs) but it’s just not as filling.
Hope you feel better soon!

Pregnancy can slow down your digestion and wreak havoc on your stomach acids etc. It might be worth trying to eat little and often to see if that helps.

Yes, pregnancy messes with digestion and slows it down. I feel more bloated by end of day and have been eating less as a result. I hate the feeling of feeling bloated. Also, have a phobia of vomiting. Praying this pregnancy is like my first and second, where I felt great, just tired. Maybe I had minor bloating as I don’t remember it.
