Super thirsty in the evenings

Hi all, newbie here.
Just wondering if anybody else gets insanely thirsty in the evenings?
I’m 30 weeks pregnant, and I drink about a litre of water during the day while I work, and I’m not really that thirsty then. Just drinking for the sake of it. But then come evening time I can go through about three pints of water in a few hours, just can’t drink enough to quench the thirst!
I eat fairly healthily, fruit and veg and fibre, I am possibly guilty of too much chocolate some days but my thirst is every evening without fail no matter what I’ve eaten that day. Also taking my pregnacare vits.
Midwife doesn’t seem concerned. My blood pressure is low though, and I’m waiting on my recent blood test to check nothing shows up there.
I’m also exhausted a lot, but I do have a physical job where I’m on my feet all day so I’d say it’s probably normal to be 7 months pregnant and tired?
I just don’t understand why I’m SO thirsty in the evenings alone?!
Otherwise I’m lucky to be having a pretty normal pregnancy so far.

Oh I also get this metalicy taste in my mouth with the evening thirst.
This is my first pregnancy so no idea if this is normal or not?

Have you tried fizzy water? I had this in late pregnancy I could drink & drink water & it didn't quench the thirst but I started having carbonated & the fizz felt better

I went though a stage of being very thirsty and constantly drinking water between weeks 24-31. I even wondered if I gestational diabetes. It has pretty much passed now at 34 weeks.
