So I posted last week or so about worrying for an ectopic since then I've had an ultrasound still can't see anything but because my hgc levels were rising and doubling they were happy to leave me another 12 days to rescan and pretty confident to rule out ectopic pregnancy but I was wondering if anybody has been suffering with shoulder and back pain in early pregnancy and still been fine it's not a tip pain it's more my shoulder blade but my back is in absolute agony if I'm stood up for to long it brings tears to my eyes and I feel winded

You need to go to EPU or A&E.

I don’t know your previous post so I don’t know what your ectopic signs were BUT I nearly died from an ectopic rupture and you need to be very clear and say to them shoulder pain and suspected ectopic. It’s one of those things you CANNOT underplay.

Best case scenario, it’s trapped wind and you get to go home.

I was at the hospital on Friday and had an ultrasound and they couldn't see anything I've had the back and shoulder pain since I found out I was pregnant my levels aren't high enough to see anything on a scan yet I've had 3 ultrasounds now and still not seeing anything and my levels are rising I've been back and forth for the past 3 weeks for scans and examinations there pretty confident they will see something on my next scan which is the 23rd the back pain isn't the major concern for me because I had back pain before but since finding out I was pregnant it seems to have gotten worse which I was told would be normal if I suffered before it's so confusing as I've not bled they've found no bleeding in my uterus so I shouldn't be getting shoulder pain I know this sounds silly but I am a big girl and was hopping that the weight was causing stress :/
