Pregnancy bleeding

Hello!
Just here to see if anyone has experienced this and could reassure me a little?

So I’m around 7w pregnant and on Saturday I went to the loo on my lunch break and there was bright red blood, I went straight to A &E where they did blood and urine tests and said they still tested strong for pregnancy hormones.
The red bleeding stopped and I’ve had brown spotting since then. I have an appointment tomorrow for an early scan and I feel like they’ll tell me there’s no heartbeat.

I have a 3yo ds and had a missed miscarriage 2 years ago at 11w.

I had bleeding throughout my pregnancy from about 6 weeks onwards. In my case it eventually turned out to be caused by cervical erosion (harmless and common in pregnancy due to the hormone increase and changes). I'm now sitting here feeding my little boy, who was born at 35 weeks for unrelated reasons but is happy, healthy and utterly brilliant. The bleeding did make my pregnancy quite stressful, I had lots of extra scans and appointments to check everything was OK, but ultimately everything was fine.

Good luck for your appointment tomorrow, I really hope it is good news for you and that you go on to have an uncomplicated pregnancy.

Thank you!
My appointment went really well, measured exactly as expected and a really strong heartbeat.
I felt so much better until today when I felt a gush and soaked through my nickers and tights with red blood again. It’s only that one fish then is stops. I’m a wreck!

I’m 14 weeks now and have had this too! Super stressful but means you get to see lots of baby as the EPU have scanned me every time there been a bleed (around every 2 weeks so far). I’ve also been told if there’s no tissue or clots then baby is fine.
