Hey,

I am looking for recommendations for a baby sling, that's suitable from birth. With running around after a toddler to, something practical would be even better! Never used a sling from newborn with DD1 so thought I'd ask on here :)
Thanks

Something stretchy is best for newborns, a stretchy wrap or something like a close caboo. It won’t last you ages as you need something less stretchy once they get heavier but you can pick them up second hand easily and cheaply. Or I found a ring sling quite handy too for short periods. Try Affordable baby slings for sale or swap on Facebook to see what’s out there. Or you could always try your local sling library once the baby is here.

The ergobaby carriers are great. You get a newborn insert so it's suitable from newborn but then has the longevity for when baby is older
