Flight socks

Hello all,

I've just read online (not sure if it's related to everyone) but it states when using flight socks you have to wear them first thing in the morning until you go to bed and then you can remove them the following day. Has anyone done this? Or is it just a standard message.

I will be 23 weeks when I fly and we are going to Alicante. So a 2hr 40 flight.

Thanks

I had a long haul flight and took mine off once I landed but my ankles and feet were so swollen so it's probably right. I've never had swollen feet or ankles on a flight before but I was only 7 weeks pregnant at the time

@EnjoyItAll ahh ok thanks.

I wasn't sure, never been abroad pregnant so it's all new. Looks like I will be setting a new fashion trend lol.

I think the most important thing is to keep moving as well. I did look up a few excercise for ankles but as our flights were 11 hours plus I slept which I don’t think helped either!

@EnjoyItAll yeah I will move about as much as possible. True you did have a long flight so it may not of helped.
