Hi, I am 19 weeks pregnant with my first, and although I feel the odd flutter, I'm not feeling proper 'kicks'. When did you feel yours? I can't wait and hope it's not too much longer!

I didn't feel anything till after my 20 week scan. By 22 weeks was feeling lots of regular movements. It won't be long now before you're feeling lots too.
I'm currently 27+5 and baby is very active at regular times in the day

19 weeks on the button!

If you feel flutters now then maybe in 2-3 weeks you will feel a softer kick and it will get stronger, then later you literally can feel a foot

Sounds so silly but what does a flutter feel like? I'm 15 weeks so I know I have a long time yet but I can't wait to feel something especially after seeing them kicking and punching like crazy on the scan

Probably around 24 with my 1st, now with my 2nd I’m 19weeks and only slight flutters now and then! I did think I would feel them earlier 2ndtime around!

MCPT · 13/04/2019 21:15

@melissa1215
I'd describe them actually more like little bubbles than flutters.. at first you're not sure if you're imagining it.. or if it's wind (often it was wind Blush) but then it gets slightly stronger/more frequent.. it's enough to feel on the inside, but not on the outside!

Thank you everyone, it sounds like it's a few weeks away!
