6 weeks measuring 1mm - Will I miscarry?

Just had a private scan today and I should be 6+3 according to LMP
However there was no heartbeat as I’m too early and only 1mm. The sonographer said I’m actually around 5weeks. All research I’ve done suggests even at 5 weeks I should be the size of an apple seed not 1mm???

It wasn’t until I left that I started googling..... now I’m super worried

How sure are you of dates? Just LMP or do you actually know when you ovulated?

My 5 week pregnancy was 2.1mm. I think if it's 5mm a heartbeat is usually seen. Are you 100% on dates? Also, if it was a private scan I'm guessing it wasn't transvaginal, so possibly not accurate on measurements.

Have they offered a re-scan?
