Is this round ligament pain- or should I be concerned?

I’m approaching 15 weeks, and for the last week or so I have a pain that comes and goes- it’s just inside and above of my right hip bone. I don’t know how best to describe it but it feels deep inside of me and can last from a few minutes to several hours. It sort of feels like things are stretching out but it has also been painful enough to make me have to stop what I’m doing and I feel like I’ve had to walk more slowly and not get up suddenly because of it. Feel the pain has been occurring more over the last day. I did think it was round ligament pain/everything stretching but then started worrying that it could be something else? I don’t have a named midwife and they have actively discouraged me from contacting them with any concerns until after 20 weeks and said to go to A&E if I was worried about anything before them 🙄

Anyway for those of you who’ve experienced round ligament pain, does this sound similar? Thank you

Yes, it just sounds like round ligament pain. I wouldn't worry.

Yeah I've had this throughout my pregnancy, 35 weeks and still get it occasionally

I’m definitely having this. Sometimes sharp, sometimes dull ache. It goes away and comes back which is what reassures me it is just the usual stretching pains. Can you check with midwife just in case? I have my 16 week appointment in two weeks (currently 15 weeks) so will wait until then I think
