I have a baby boy 15 weeks old and I just found out I’m pregnant again...!
I didn’t expect this at all but the pregnancy test hit me with the reality. I am a bit confused and really scared right now, and I would like to know if there are any other mums in the same situation. What are/were your experiences with two babies born within a year?? I need a bit of help and support...😫
