Pink spotting 26 weeks

Hello everyone. I'm 26+4 currently and I just went to loo and wiped myself. There was a tiny spot of pink discharge on the tissue. It happened a few hours ago too. Should I be worriedSad or is it normalish? Activity wise, I was on my feet most of the day today and I lifted a bar stool and took it to a different room. Do you think that might have caused it? I feel fine physically apart from back pain which I strained 2 days ago, so hopefully unrelated. I'm worried. Need reassurance pleaseConfused

Oh and baby's been moving fine, no concerns there

I’m sure it’s fine but I’d call your maternity triage just in case as they may want to check you over and it’s always better to get advice from medical professionals

I had a light bleed at around 23 weeks, kept in hospital 2 nights for monitoring but everything was fine. None of the medical team could explain why it happened. I feel it may have been because I carried a 5l bottle of oil that day, but to this day I still don't know cause. Currently 32 weeks and no more bleeding thankfully. I'd still call the hospital if I was you

Hi thanks for your replies ladies. I called the delivery suite and I was told to wait at home and rest and call again or come in if the spotting changes to bright red.

A little disappointed not gonna lie that they didn't call me in to check but if they're not concerned then it's a good thing right?

Yes their lack of concern is probably a good thing! But if you are worried, I am sure you can express a wish to be seen to be checked?
