Hey

I'm currently 5+1 and have no symptoms of pregnancy what so ever only heavy sore breasts with my other girls I was so sick from the very start 4 weeks till birth with this one I don't feel pregnant at all I've had three positive tests obviously no period but I feel normal and not pregnant 😑

I had nothing until 7 weeks, had more than my fair share since then.

PhoebeBear · 10/04/2019 10:30

Maybe it could take longer this time to realise symptoms? I never had any either until around week 8-9 when I became tried all had some implantation cramping

Lhmm · 10/04/2019 10:34

@PhoebeBear
I do get the odd cramp now and then and I just use a water bottle and they go but it's just weird I feel absolutely fine which makes me feel is something wrong I'm just used to feeling so shitty I suppose I have my 1st midwife appointment in 2 weeks

@Lhmm try not to worry yourself too much and good luck OP! x

catlikefi · 10/04/2019 11:29

In the same boat OP, 6 weeks today and feeling absolutely fine! Just keep reminding yourself that you DO have pregnancy symptoms - namely positive tests and a missed period! I'm trying to enjoy feeling good as unfortunately, I know that could change any day.

Here's to a healthy, happy pregnancy Smile

EnjoyItAll · 10/04/2019 11:51

this is my first I'm 16 weeks and no symptoms so far but everything is fine. it's making me think I'm imagining it!

Megan2018 · 10/04/2019 11:54

I didn't have much until late in first trimester and not much sickness at all. It's all normal.

Babycakes1989 · 10/04/2019 13:08

I’m also 16 weeks with my 1st and have been told over and over again I’m a ‘lucky one’ - what people don’t know is the anxiety from not having a lot of symptoms Is real 😰 I’ve had no sickness. Main symptoms were tiredness, hunger, restless legs and peeing lots during the night!! They have all eased off no. Enjoy it 😘 xx

HamCheeseHamnCheese · 10/04/2019 13:29

I had no/very little symptoms in my first trimester. Just think of yourself as lucky!

Also, I'm pretty sure we shouldnt be using hot water bottles.

Lhmm · 10/04/2019 15:03

Thanks ladies
You can use hot water bottles for aches and pains as long as it don't rise your temp too high !! 😃

Thought I was going mad thinking I feel fine I always starving this is not good lol

Try not to worry. I was the same, breezed through the first trimester without feeling any different other than having sore boobs.
Now 28 weeks and only feel different now because I’m bigger and constantly getting kicked in the ribs! Enjoy the experience and make the most of feeling good

Iamthecaptainnow · 10/04/2019 21:36

7+4 today and only experienceing very slight sickness if I overheat eg on public transport. Relishing every second of it- much better than my last pregnancy! And who knows what the next 33 weeks may hold... I say, count your blessings!

Lhmm · 10/04/2019 21:49

I have read so many story's that some woman sail through there pregnancy's with no sickness or anything it's absolutely worrying me I'm not going to lie, it's making me want a early scan but I'm going off all my other pregnancy's where I was very bad in hospital and at home couldn't eat or work I was that bad then to this ... nothing but sore boobs it's just weird 🤨

Should I worry

OP posts:
Megan2018 · 11/04/2019 07:08

It’s normal to worry @Lhmm
Nothing anyone says on here will change that. Until you get past the 12wks and scan you’ll wonder if it is going to stick.
No symptoms is common but sometimes it does end in MC. Equally many women with missed MC had really strong symptoms. Impossible to tell from symptoms whether its going well or not.
You just have to play the waiting game.

JuniperNarni · 11/04/2019 08:30

I had hypermesis with both of my children, I'm 14 weeks with my third, everything looks fine so far but only the slightest bit of nausea here and there through the first trimester. I've had a fair amount of energy actually.

allabouteve1 · 11/04/2019 08:36

With my first I had none. Had convinced myself I wasn't pregnant by the time I got to my scan but she was there wiggling around. With my boys I had all the sickness.

If you are worried could you pay for an early scan?

shell2103 · 11/04/2019 09:06

I'm 7+2 and only symptoms so far have been very slight nausea and extremely sore boobs. But in last 24 hours nothing :( Had a miscarriage before - around same time - where my boobs stopped being sore but GP said not to panic unless I was bleeding enough to fill a pad. Really concerned :(

SunStruck · 11/04/2019 10:14

I have zero symptoms! Zilch. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy I don't feel nauseous and can carry on normally, but it makes me slightly nervous as my first scan is in 2 weeks time! So still got ages.

This is also my first pregnancy so is it normal to not feel a thing? Haha.

Wishful888 · 11/04/2019 11:38

I am feeling the same. I am 6+5 or thereabouts. Don't feel sick, boobs aren't sore & am having weird discharge. Praying it's all ok after a dreadful time last year with a MC followed by another loss at 15w. I can't remember how I felt with my DD in 2016 but I know now I very naive with my first.
I planned to have a scan at 8w when there is more to see, or not, as the case may be . Just feel under massive strain & anxiety Confused

Anytime · 11/04/2019 13:43

I barely had any symptoms at all until post 20 weeks and then really just heart burn and being more lethargic. 2 healthy boys currently downstairs arguing over online gaming. Don't worry!

HamCheeseHamnCheese · 11/04/2019 14:12

No symptoms is common but sometimes it does end in MC.

I disagree, thats more often when you have symptoms and they disappear. Although, not always the case, like you said - Equally many women with missed MC had really strong symptoms. Impossible to tell from symptoms whether its going well or not.

OP why dont you just book in for a private scan? I'd wait until 8 weeks though, as often before then you wont see a heartbeat - and that will just make you worry more.

Also, were your previous pregnancies both the same gender? Might that that you had tough pregnancies with boys, and this time its easy and its a girl (or vice versa!)

Lhmm · 11/04/2019 21:47

@HamCheeseHamnCheese
Think I spoke to soon today had been horrible I've felt sick all day, I've also got a headache which has lasted all day
But my two others were girls and but I don't feel this pregnancy is the same it's different
With both girls my pregnancy's were identical
