Different sides of bump being hard?

So I'm eighteen weeks, don't really have a bump when I'm standing under all my flab. But when I'm laying down, i definitely have a hard baby bump.
Anyways, does the baby change sides? Example: this morning the left side of my bump was harder than the right, but now the right side is harder. Is that the head/bum moving sides?
I haven't felt any movements yet (although i do know that they're moving around in there!), so it's hard to gauge i think.
Just trying to understand what's happening inside me! 😬

@Parent19876 yeah definitely! I'm 23 weeks and I know when he's turned because I'll either feel kicks around my belly button area or kicks low down in my pelvis, is so cute! Baby will be enjoying his/her little room and moving around loads x

I'm due any day now and since about 25 weeks, my little girl has only liked being on my right hand side to the point where she makes my bump completely wonky!
