I’ve always had problems with bloating due to IBS, but pregnancy is making it so much worse. The last two days I’ve been in a significant amount of discomfort- my stomach expands so much by the end of the day that I can’t fit or bend - I can’t even wear leggings or have underwear pressing on it.
Has anyone else had severe bloating and what helped you? I wondered whether to see my GP but I don’t know what they can do really. I’ve always felt fobbed off when I’ve gone about my IBS.
I’ve tried drinking mint tea, doing some yoga moves, stomach massage... together they help a little but not very much. Any ideas?
