Hi all

I'm 28 weeks and struggling with PGP. I've been going to pregnancy yoga and they are very good trying to modify poses etc but it's just getting harder and I'm really aching after. Has anyone been in a similar situation as I really don't know whether to keep going for the relaxation and keeping body active/trying to get baby in the right position etc vs not pushing myself and just giving in to the PGP. Feeling so fed up of it! Any advice?

Have you been to see the pregnancy physio? My midwife referred me and she gave me a belt and some exercises and will see me again if I need, but I'm doing alright at the moment. I'm also doing yoga and I'm not sure it's helped the PGP but has helped me in other areas. The belt from the physio definitely helps when I'm active like walking the dog.
