Could I be pregnant with twins

Hi. I’m 11 weeks pregnant on my 4th pregnancy. (2babies, 1 miscarriage) in my previous pregnancies I have had no sickness/ nausea or any symptoms. This time I am really struggling. I have had near constant nausea, have been unable to eat most foods and have been exhausted, lying down at any opportunity. My stomach looks pretty big and I’m starting to panic that I might actually be pregnant with twins. Has anyone else had a third very different pregnancy and were you pregnant with twins?

Only way you will know for sure is with a scan.
Saying that, i had a gut feeling i was carrying twins (21weeks now), i did a cb digi 3 or 4 days after my first positive test, which i didnt get til day i was due af, and it was showing 3+ weeks when should have been 1-2. Was also really sick from 4.5 weeks on, worse than last time. Twins confirmed at 6.5 weeks with tvu when being admitted for hg.

You shouldnt have too long now til your dating scan anyway, you will find out then.

If it helps. I’ve had severe sickness and admitted for HG on a few occasions. They kept telling me they were expecting twins - and that my early pregnancy scan missed it.
12 weeks showed one, I’m just very very sick!
Keep us updated!

I’m on my third pregnancy, first with twins, and I have much less symptoms than I had with my Singleton pregnancy’s.
Less nausea, less backache, and at twenty weeks, a much smaller bump.
(I was doing a lot of HITT classes and weight training before I got pregnant though, so I think that has helped.) Same desire to eat EVERYTHING though!
I guess what I’m says is, I’m not sure your pregnancy symptoms will give you a clue.

I am on my second and my symptoms have been horrendous compared to my daughter's pregnancy! Only 1 in there though!

I'll just add in that I had zero sickness with my DS and zero sickness this time around and I am having twins this time. No difference in pregnancies so far except feeling really hungry in the first 10 weeks. I had nothing to really suggest I was having twins.
