Hi ive had migraines since i was 8yrs old,im off my medication due to being pregnant too but i did get told i could keep taking mine but i choose not too. Drink lots of water , fruit like melon and try and get to bed early, get out walking these things do help me. A cold cloth on your face may help if its really bad. They are hard to cope with esp when pregnant, i feel your pain x

@Jojo101215 my migraines seem to have stopped since I became pregnant now I just get a very intense pain at the back of my head and into my neck 🤒 paracetamol don't even teach it so I feel your pain!

I don't think it helps when your used to strong medication or painkillers! X
