Bleeding at 15 weeks

I am nearly 15 weeks and just had blood when I wiped. I have called EPU and waiting for them to call me back. I have had 4 miscarriages previously so really panicking myself about it.

Poor you, that is very stressful but please try not to panic. Many many healthy pregnancies can have bleeding at some point - I bled three times and had cramps and all was fine.

What kind of bleeding is it? Bright red with clots? Any pain? Is it continual or just when you wipe? Brownish or pinkish blood is the least worrying but I've heard plenty of people have gushing red blood too and all has turned out fine.

Hopefully all is fine, I had lots of bleeding with my first child, massive clotty bleeding at 12 weeks and that continued, albeit slowing down all the time, til around 17-18 weeks by which time I was a complete mess as I was so worried. Obstetrician told me that many pregnancies do bleed and they're fine
This is not unusual but get EPU for some clarity and a scan hopefully - good luck
Also I had multiple miscarriages too and have two children now so it can, and usually does end up a happy ending

@chestnut9 it is brown red blood but I also have some backache, ligament pain and an upset tummy.
Still waiting for EPU to call back 😥

Ok good luck, hopefully all be fine. Maybe try calling your community midwife too if you have one for a chat/support.

Ridgeview I’m 16 weeks this weekend and at 14 weeks one evening I wiped and had reddy pink spotting. The next morning I had really mild aches which can be described as what you would normally get before your cramps come on stronger on period. It was only one evening but scared shit out of me but I’ve had spotting now and again during this pregnancy. Don’t panic because there’s a lot going on around this time , growth is spurring and it can even be over exertion. Xxxx
