So all the books and apps are starting to talk about going to sleep on my left hand side, however I'm finding it really difficult and lying there for hours and as soon as I flip onto my right hand side I'm out like a light. I'm also still suffering from really bad sickness and sleeping on my right helps my stomach drain so makes me feel less sick. Due to the sickness I'm sleeping on a wedge pillow so I'm nowhere near lying flat, does this make it ok to sleep on my right? I'm so tired and so sick and just want a good nights sleep
