6 weeks and bleeding

Hi all... so this is my second pregnancy.. I've no nausea symptoms which I had badly last time, just tender breasts which I feel have calmed down over the past week, indigestion which also stopped last week and last night have started with some light cramps back ache and blood. The blood is brown not red but I'm still stressed out. I've called the EPU but need a GP referral so been awaiting a call back from a GP since the surgery opened as explained symptoms to receptionist..
any words of wisdom / experience of this?! Thank you x

In currently having the same issue, I'm 6w4d and has. A small fish of brown blood midday today, but nothing since apart from bad lower back pain and feeling tender.

My fertility clinic said it's normal and to only worry if it's goes red or heavier.

Aargh. I'm so scared.
