No withdrawal bleed on pill free week

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I normally take the combined pill and even if I take it 12 hours late I start spotting or getting a withdrawal bleed. I stopped taking it last Sunday 24th March to get my withdrawal bleed and was going to stop taking it altogether so haven’t started taking it on Monday. I still haven’t had a withdrawal bleed which I normally get straight away with the latest being 48 hours, so it’s around 7/8 days late which has never happened before. I’ve been exhausted for the last week I haven’t been able to go to the gym or do much as I’ve had no energy and I normally go most days. I’ve been getting cramping in my lower stomach and groin for the past week and been emotional so I assumed I would get my withdrawal bleed but I haven’t.
I have taken 3 tests and all been negative.

Has anyone else experience this please or can you offer any advice as its really unusual for me. Feeling really unwell and want to know what’s happening. Going to book a doctors appointment if it carries on over the next few days

Forgot to add I missed some pills within the first week and got some spotting as a result of this. I also missed 3 more so carried on taking according to the instructions

It sounds like it’s just because you’ve missed those days and had spotting, I wouldn’t worry.
Sounds obvious but I learnt (I got pregnant on the pill, I missed 2!) you really need to be regimented when taking them. Ideally same time everyday, but certainly everyday.
You’ll see get the hormonal crash from your 7 day break but just not the bleeding. F you’ve taken your pill intermittently you will feel rotten and up and down.
The dr will just tel you to take your pill properly and ride it out!!
