Is absolutely driving me insane. Spend half my life on the toilet at 10 weeks. Between this and morning sickness the only thing I feel like the loo is my new best friend!

Baked beans on wholemeal toast finally shifted it for me. Good luck! 😀

You need to eat p foods, prunes, peaches and pears and drink loads of water. If it’s a serious issue the you can safe medication to take.

Lactulose is safe for pregnancy, and helps you with constipation. Very very sweet though so drink water for sure afterwards!

DP went out and got me milk of magnesium or whatever it’s called, and I’ve tried pears as we’ve got them in anyway - no luck. Hopefully this works but says it could take a few days to get going, just giving me a horrid tummy ache, I’d love to wolf down the beans but unfortunately with bad nausea and sickness I can only eat small portions of something super bland. Hoping it disappears soon as it has been getting slightly better the last few days even if I am still throwing up!

If it carries on see the GP, they prescribed me laxido which sorted it out and then I kept up a sort of maintenance dose for a few weeks until things settled down.
