anyway to cure headaches and tiredness!!

my midwife said i am not aneamic so i dont get why i am so tired and have headaches all the time

it's cause you're pregnant, I'm afraid...

How far along are you? Are you sleeping / eating properly? Drinking lots of water? Working too hard? Stressed?

I AM 23+5. I am sleeping in a fashion, i think i am eating properly. Drink loads of water. stressed - i could be lot going on in my personal life - unfortunately

Rest and paracetamol is the best thing i'm afraid.
If you're worried about it, best go speak to your GP.
