its your tissue getting ready for the bump, im sure its enlarging it regardless of being visible or not...

Lots of it is down to hormones, even though your skin isn't stretching much, the hormones can make stretch marks appear. Sorry about that, I've got hundreds, there's a genetic element to it too, so thanks Mum!!
