10 weeks, weird pain, should I be worried?

I'm 10 weeks today and since this morning I've been noticing a very mild pinching/stabbing type pain. It's quite low down and slightly to the left hand side, kind of near the top of my pubic triangle. It's not an intense pain but I'm concerned because it's only on one side and it's been going on all day, on and off. Do you think it's something to worry about? I've had 2 miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy before this and I'm terrified that this pregnancy won't be successful either :(

I should add that this is the first time I've felt this kind of pain.

I just wanted to say hi so you are not being ignored.
It's difficult to say. Do you have a midwife? Maybe text her?
I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and I've been sore a lot during my pregnancy. I think it's due to everything getting moved and squashed
Sending you a hug

Thank you @Littleduckeggblue. I don't have a midwife yet - I don't live in UK so things are a bit different. I'm wondering if it's just ligament pain but I don't know what that's meant to feel like :(

Call your midwife team in the morning. I’m nearly 12 weeks and have had one sided pain on and off for a couple of weeks. I have been told that it is probably growing pains and everything moving. Luckily my scan is Thursday.
The midwife I spoke to was so lovely and really put me at ease. She also gave me the amazing advice of “if it feels any worse than it does right this second, call me back”. I took a dose of paracetamol and have felt much less worried since. Xx

That's the thing, I don't really have anyone to call. I have been looked after by a gynaecologist up until now but she has just referred me to the prenatal care team at a different hospital, but I haven't actually met them yet and won't until my scan at 12 + 1.

Is it along where your knicker line would be? It sounds like it could be normal stretching pains.

nespressowoo · 02/04/2019 20:34

Sounds like round ligament pain. It should pass Thanks

Angelinthenightx · 02/04/2019 20:46

I had really bad pain at 5wks i went for a early scan and everything was fine. My pain was constant really painful felt like a screw driver twisting in my side, went on for 2wks ,got told it was ligament pain. If you get pain along with bleeding then go see someone. Try and rest sleeping will help you x

I asked a similar question on here and was told about Round Ligament Pain...have a look, was def what it was for me!

Tiggerthecat123 · 02/04/2019 20:56

Try not to worry. Your uterus needs to stretch massively and quickly in the beginning, and this sounds like normal ligament /stretching pain x

Secretlifeofme · 02/04/2019 21:00

Thanks everyone Flowers. @whitehalleve it is along my knicker line, yes. Maybe it isn't anything to worry about after all.
