Heavy cramps in stomach and hips 13 weeks

Is it normal to have period like cramps around 13 weeks? I had them constantly from 3 weeks to 9 weeks then they eased off, now suddenly they're back. They aren't bad enough for me to be doubled over but I'm certainly noticing them

Anyone else had this before?

Had 3 scans - all good so far. I have my 14 week scan on Monday so I'll mention it then but just looking for some reassurance

Pains are similar to period pain / needing the loo

Not sure if it’s normal.. i have assumed it’s everything stretching as your uterus expands? I’m 13 weeks and last few days have had some cramping similar to mild period pain. It’s sporadic rather than constant.
