Constant Braxton hicks

Does anyone have constant Braxton hicks some days? I'm 29 weeks. After a busy day yesterday I started getting very frequent Braxton hicks about every 2-10 minuets for the rest of the night and a period like ache near my cervix. I do get like this when I have over done it and they are never very painful more uncomfortable. So I popped myself to bed and slept ok. When I woke up they were gone only to continue after the school run this morning. But they are so constant sometimes every 2 minutes and can go on all day. I have been like this from time to time this pregnancy. I've got a scan on Friday and will mention it to them then. Does anyone else have this? Also any tips on how to relieve them?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I have this :( the only way to stop them is to lie down and not move. As soon as I try to walk/do anything they start again. Some days I have them less, some days a lot more.

Hope they ease a bit for you!

Also, on the plus side, maybe this means when we're close to our due dates doing lots of things will easily induce labour! Fingers crossed anyway Wink

I've found this is something that feels stronger every pregnancy, and can be worse if you aren't drinking and resting enough x

Google 'irritable uterus'

Cheers everyone, yeah irritable uterus seems to sound like what I've got going on 😬 Yes I quite agree with it being more intense the more pregnancies you have, I don't mind it too much haha definitely good practice for labor thanx again 😊
