Cyclogest vs Utrogestan

Does anyone know if there is a difference between these two progesterone medications?
My doctor previously put me on Cycolgest and I had a MC.

He has now put me on Utrogestan 3xdaily.

I don’t think there is a difference if you take them both vaginally.
