What do I need to bring to my antenatal classes?

Do I need my ball? A pillow? My notes?

What should I wear?

Any help appreciated!

What classes? The one at the hospital I went to I don't think I needed anything. Notes are supposed to go everywhere with you though.

Nothing. Why would you need a ball or pillow? Are these the NHS ones? You don't need anything they just talk to you.
OR
Is this an antenatal exercise class of some kind? Can the instructor not tell you what to bring? (what would the pillow be for I'm wondering)

Sorry! More explanation - it’s NHS ones at the hospital.

I booked into the hypnobirthing classes at the same time and seem to have confused all the instructions provided!!

The standard antenatal classes I went to at hospital were not hands on at all and nothing was needed, they provided chairs to sit on.

I agree pillows are more usual for things like pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing. Never heard of being asked to take a ball, but if it's on one of the lists it will be the hypno one.

We were asked to bring a pillow doll or teddy (for feeding) snacks drink etc x pillow useful for comfort too
