Pregnant - 44?

Hi all,
We've been TTC for a year. Over the six months, my cycle has been 28-31 days. I'm now on day 35. No signs of anything, apart from an itchy tummy? No sore boobs. I've just turned 44, so I know pregnancy is unlikely, but I wonder if anyone has any thoughts...thanks.

Nope, not yet. Itchiness has been around for 2 or 3 days.

You're 4 days late - take that test! I didn't get a single symptom until I was about 6 weeks.

Just tested - bfn. It must be right because I was due on days ago. So now I'm worried about what's going on with my period.

The Clue app tells me I ovulated on day 17. We haven't done the whole temp thing, but I haven't had sore boobs for months and I usually did.

You may just be having a weird month.

It happens, and doesn't necessarily mean anything in particular.

I've spoken to my doctor. Her view is that it's highly unlikely that I ovulated and I'm also very unlikely to get pregnant. She said that my period will come eventually, no way of knowing when, and it will be horrible and really heavy. She thinks the bfn is accurate. We're going to see her for a chat about next steps.
