Breakfast: full fat Greek yoghurt, portion of blueberries/raspberries/blackberries. Or Porridge with berries ( some ladies struggle to tolerate oats with GD so beware.) Or 2/3crashers of bacon, grilled tomatoes and eggs.

Lunch: omelettes with veg, small jacket with butter, cheese salad, bean/feta salads, whole wheat pasta and veg, homemade veg soup.
Dinner: meat, lots of veg. I have very little carbohydrates as I struggle with fasting numbers overnight. Chili.

Snacks: granny Smith apples with cheese, pepperoni, boiled eggs, nuts, pancakes with cheese.

If your not on bbc it already get over to the GD Uk Face group for tips etc. Beware of the NHS diet advice as it is low fat, high sugar which isn't best for GD. High protein, fats, veg, good carbs and food pairing, low gi and little sugar is the way forward. Fourth pregnancy, third with GD 34 weeks at the moment.

Thanks @NatureGal I had GD in my last pregnancy so I am just trying to get some meal ideas together as my midwife advised to go back to the diet I had last time from 12 weeks just incase ! Definitely given me some good idea 😁 x
