75mg aspirin

Hi all,

So yesterday I took my prescribed 75mg of aspirin with my lunch as I normally do. Then for some reason on the evening about 6pm I took another with my tea thinking I hadn't took any. I only realised this this morning, whilst coming down the stairs.

So my question is shall I take one today or just wait until tomorrow now? Talk about baby brain lol..

I’m on 150mg a day because of previous preeclampsia. I’d just take today’s as usual, otherwise I’d just get really confused!

@SinkyMalinks ahh ok..

Yeah I did think that, I know a lot of people have missed their dosage in the past, just didn't know if I should take one today or leave it until tomorrow.
