When i am pregnant is it ok to do ZUMBA like hardcore ZUMBA ? my husband says no, but i think yes.

The advice is that you can continue with most exercise if you were already doing it regularly before pregnancy. The main issue is hormone relaxin released during pregnancy softens your muscles and makes them more prone to injury. High heart rate and increased temperature can also be risky in pregnancy but these would need to be extreme. Just be sensible and listen to your body and make the most of doing exercise whilst you feel up to it.

I would say it’s fine if you were exercising before pregnancy, I got two spinning 2-3 times per week and use a heart rate monitor to keep check on my heart rate.
