13 weeks with restless foot / toe cramps - anyone else?

Hello, I'm 13 weeks and for the last week or so I've been driven mad with foot cramp. I say cramp, I'm not even sure it is, my toes in particular feel really restless and tingly like I want to press and rub them all the time to get some relief.
It has been worse at night, although today its been pretty constant all day.
If I wake in the night I really struggle to get back to sleep as a result of it.
Anyone else felt anything similar? X

Yes, I also had this throughout my pregnancy, I think it is called restless leg syndrome. Exercise was the only thing I found helpful, but it was always much worse in the evening.

I've always had restless legs but they have been so much worse during pregnancy. I have a bath in Epsom salts every day and take magnesium supplements before bed so I can sleep. Magnesium is also great for preventing migraines!

Thanks @lmicola
Sorry you suffered with this too but its reassuring to know I'm not alone.
Strangely for me its come on after a week where I did a lot of walking, way more than usual so maybe I'll need to ramp it up again to see if it calms down a bit 🤞i'm at the hospital on Monday too so can mention to them if it's still bothering me.

Thanks @Carrielou87
I cant have baths unfortunately due to a knee injury 😫 but I might try soaking my feet in an Epsom bath to see if that helps 🤞
I'm seeing the consultant on Monday so can maybe speak to them about Magnesium supplements too
