It felt like being stabbed...!?

Im 5 weeks pregnant up until this point I have only had minor cramping on and off. In the middle of the night last night I was woken up with this sharp stabbing sensation on my lower left side. It was really painful to the point that I had to sit up until it was gone and had to check for bleeding after! It lasted for around 5 mins, there was no bleeding and there's been nothing since. It really frightened me at the time though... has anyone experienced anything similar?

I had this around that time. I was in a meeting at work and had to excuse myself. I felt like I had a hot flush it hurt so much. I was adamant something bad was happening for it to hurt so much. I didn’t get it again and and now I’m 27 weeks x

I had this constant for 2wks got early scans everything is fine, id contact your gp if your worried.

I had this at about 8 weeks. So so so painful like stabbing for about 5 mins. I went to hospital to get checked as had had a MMC previous year. All was fine. And my healthy little girl is now 4 years old
Go to the doc if you are worried. Hope all is fine.
