I had an mmc in 2017 and it's taken 18 months to get pregnant again so this could all be me worrying for no reason!! I'm 14+1 today and my morning sickness had gone but came back today with revenge. I'm at work and spent the last hour in the toilet 😂 but as well as this I've had vaginal aching, similar to period pain and certainly no more sore than that, I just wondered if this was normal? Xxxx
