I'm 5 weeks pregnant and (I know this sounds mad) I wish I had more symptoms! I have slightly sore boobs, a bit of AF cramping on and off and restless nights sleep. Otherwise... nothing! I know I should be grateful, but it makes me worry something is wrong. Is this normal.at this stage? This is my first pregnancy.

Completely normal. Some symptoms don't start until you're about 7 weeks. Don't wish the nausea/sickness upon yourself! Grin. Not everyone experiences a lot of symptoms though, you just never know!

Congratulations on your pregnancy Smile

@Peaky297 I could have wrote this post my self. Am 5 weeks tomorrow. And exactly the same l have very few symptoms. I keep taking it a day at a time xx

Relax, I had no symptoms apart from very slightly sore boobs. I was so worried as I had no sickness at all, I thought I was going mad and was sure the dr would laugh me out of the room (or arrange a psych evaluation) when I went for my 1st & 2nd appointments. I was only convinced when I saw the scan.
I had minimal symptoms the whole way through, boobs were bigger & solid &
I got heartburn twice around 30wks.
At the time I would have given anything for a few symptoms like everyone else had!!

I never suffered any sickness with any of my DC. I was very tired but other than that nothing...until the back ache started later on. It doesn’t mean anything’s wrong xx

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and felt exactly the same when I was 5 weeks as though I wasn’t quite sure baby was in there or not! I looked up lots of info and apparently around 30% of people don’t get any sickness or symptoms so don’t worry, we booked in for a private scan at 7 weeks just to reassure us which was great! I feel very lucky not to have had any symptoms so try and be glad you don’t and just relax :)

Symptoms didn't kick in for me until around week7 or week 8.

I barely had any symptoms (or bump) until about 25 weeks and even then it was only raging heartburn (though that did make me throw up a few times). DS is now almost a year old and is making up for the easy pregnancy by being a nightmare sleeper.
