I’ve just had an early scan at 5w5d. The baby is measuring exactly as it should but the heartbeat was a little slow at 96bpm.
The doctor seemed more concerned about the fact I had a pocket of fluid in the uterus. He said this might be reabsorbed and be no problem but it could prevent the baby from attaching to the uterus later on. Does anyone have any reassurance or any experience of this please?x
